With over three decades of experience in SCADA control room management and pipeline operations, David Gale is a distinguished professional and visionary leader in the industry. He is the Founder and CEO of SCADA Solve, a company he has grown into a robust enterprise serving major clients with cutting-edge SCADA solutions. David’s expertise extends to numerous high-impact projects and a commitment to safety and education in the industry. His leadership and innovative approach make him a respected figure in the SCADA and control room management sectors.
Jeff Williams
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Williams is a seasoned associate with 27+ years in pipeline and plant operations, control room management, and maintaining various SCADA systems. As a partner of SCADA Solve LLC, Jeff is integral to the business operations, leading innovative projects and helping to drive the company’s success. He has held pivotal roles at companies such as TEPPCO/Enterprise Products, Chevron, Anadarko/Oxy, and PG&E, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. A US Navy veteran, Jeff’s dedication to excellence and safety is evident throughout his career.
Korry Mian
President
Korry Mian, a technical advisor with extensive experience in oil and gas control systems engineering, specializes in software development for SCADA, PLC, and HMI platforms. His career includes roles at major companies like Exxon Mobil, Anadarko, and Enbridge, where he has supported SCADA projects, performed field commissioning, and ensured quality SCADA information. Khurrum’s detailed knowledge of automation and control systems makes him a valuable asset to the team.
Tyrell Thomas
Automation Director
Tyrell Thomas brings 17 years of experience in industrial electrical automation and controls. As a Texas journeyman electrician, he is fluent in programming with AllenBradley and GE Software and has a wide range of electrical troubleshooting skills. Tyrell has been heavily involved in start-ups for natural gas compressor stations and crude oil pipeline maintenance, highlighting his expertise in the oil and gas industry.

As we continue to grow, our services are expanding well beyond the traditional midstream sector and into major energy and infrastructure markets across the country. This evolution reflects our commitment to diversification, innovation, and delivering high-impact solutions in complex operational environments.
Among our newest ventures, we are actively supporting oil and gas companies in the Permian Basin, with operations spanning from Midland, Texas to Carlsbad, New Mexico. This engagement strengthens our presence in one of the most critical energy-producing regions in North America and reinforces our capabilities in large-scale upstream and midstream project execution.
We have also partnered with utilities companies across the east, west, and gulf coasts to maintain their legacy Real-Time SCADA systems, ensuring continued reliability and operational integrity across key infrastructure. In addition, we are proud to be maintaining distribution networks in the San Francisco area, expanding our footprint into utility-scale electric distribution operations and further diversifying our service portfolio within the power sector.
Our work now extends into the aerospace and federal research arena as well. We are supporting upgrades to a national radiant heat test facility at a major space research center, contributing to enhancements at one of the nation’s premier thermal testing facilities. This project represents a significant milestone in applying our technical expertise to highly specialized and mission-critical environments.
To support this expanding portfolio, we have opened a new 24/7/365 Support Center in Nassau Bay, Texas. This facility provides around-the-clock SCADA and Operations support, strengthening our ability to deliver real-time responsiveness, system reliability, and operational continuity for clients across multiple sectors.
